This project comprises of a new build sub-station within the boundaries of an existing hospital site to provide future spare capacity. We were responsible for the installation of a new 1600amp LV panel and 550Kva Continuous rated generator. The Electrical Services works have been designed by RPS Planning & Development and issued by means of detailed specifications and drawings. The LV panel has been designed to accommodate future developments and therefore has spare capacity. The generator is a 550KVA continuous rated set in accordance with BS EN 60034-22:2009 and ISO standards 8528. The set is manufactured by SDMO and supplied, installed and commissioned by AVK.
Design and Build project for 2 x new Industrial Warehouse/Office Units within Heywood Distribution Park. Both Units are identical in terms of layout/design and consisted of core/shell installations to the infrastructure and future capacity provision once tenancy is secured.
The Electrical Services Installation consisted, 400A Incoming Switchboard, Distribution, LED Lighting throughout, Metering, Power Factor Correction, Small Power and External LED Lighting.
Performance Electrical Ltd worked very closely with Watermans to ensure a ‘Very Good’, BREEAM rating. These items included Zoning and Occupancy Controls, Energy Monitoring and Commissioning & Handover responsibilities/duties.
A newly built, multi million pound rotary milking parlour as part of the Duke of Westminster’s Cheshire estate.
The project consists of two 400 cow sheds, one dry cow shed, rotary milking parlour and adjoining offices.
Electrical services provided included LV Distribution, Lighting, High Bay Lighting, Lighting bus bar, small power, Addressable Fire alarms, Intruder Alarms, Door Access, Voice & Data and mechanical controls wiring.
Due to Holchem’s continued growth the company relocated in 2013 to a single 9 acre site in Pilsworth, Bury. Gateway House was completely modernized, refurbished and extended from the original 93,000 sq. ft. to 105,000 sq. ft. of Process Area, Warehousing, Technical Centre and Offices. The building includes a modern tank farm with state of the art production facilities are combined with storage for almost 5,000 pallets for packaging and finished goods. As well as all the various departmental offices, there is a large training facility, numerous Meeting Rooms, Food Factory standard Changing Facilities, First Aid Room, Staff Canteen, communal break out areas and a Staff Gym. Services provided by Performance Electrical are Design, Design calculations, LV Distribution, Office Lighting, Warehouse high bay lighting, external lighting, Small Power, Addressable Fire alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Door Access, Voice & Data, induction loops and AV installations.
