Project Overview

The scheme consisted of the construction of a new reception area, meeting rooms and six new state of the art bedrooms finished to the highest standard.

Performance Electrical Ltd worked closely with the client, main contractor and architects requirements to produce a detailed electrical design that tied in with the existing hotel building.

Throughout the ground first and second floors a Lutrol lighting system was installed offering an extensive range of end user defined programmes to suit the various events the hotel hosts, from weddings to business meetings. As well as the above new distribution, emergency lighting, background music system, AV systems, fire and security systems were also installed throughout the building.
